Information you submit
When you send an event request or franchise inquiry, Creative Crepes collects the contact and business details you enter so the team can review your request, respond, and keep an operational record of the conversation. Please do not submit bank information, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive identifiers.
How inquiries are handled
Form submissions are stored in Cloudflare infrastructure managed by HTP3 Systems, the website’s technical service provider, and are delivered by email to Creative Crepes. Access is limited to people responsible for operating the website or responding to inquiries.
Retention
Website inquiry records are retained for up to 12 months and then automatically deleted. Short-lived technical records used to prevent repeated automated submissions are deleted after they expire.
Website analytics
This site uses Plausible Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic and whether inquiry forms are completed. Creative Crepes does not use the site analytics described here to build advertising profiles.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of a website inquiry by emailing [email protected]. Creative Crepes may retain limited information when reasonably necessary for legal, security, or operational obligations.
